Just a thought - how many of you actually spend your day visiting museums? (When in a foreign country or even in the country you live in....)

I'm from the UK and love the museums on London, the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, British Museum and Imperial War Museum are all great!

I haven't really been to museums in other countries, but thinking about it now, it's something I am going to do!

I was born in London and have lived here all my life. However, you do take for granted the beauty of London, I've hardly ever visited any of the museums. I think the science museum, British Museum and a few others are the only ones I've personally been to.

Don't think I'd be too interested in museums of other countries but I suppose it all depends on where you're visiting and if that region has a strong heritage....

Is there like a rewarding feeling when you see the Eiffel tower? or is it just a good giant background for picture taking.
